We are back in Hayward for the second year, celebrating Hawaiian May Day 2023! This FREE family-friendly event is hosted by the Kumu Hula Association of Northern California, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, dedicated to perpetuating Native Hawaiian and Polynesian culture through arts, language, music, and dancing. We are hosting the FREE May Day Festival on May 13, 2023, on the streets of Downtown Hayward. Our event will include live music from local and island artists (including Jordan T., Servants, Native Elements), performances from local halau (dance groups), arts and crafts vendors, ethnic foods, and activities for children, as well as information from other non-profit organizations. We hope you can join us for this fun event!
