ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We are standing in solidarity with the families who have lost their loved ones to police violence/brutality. We are standing up in support of #BlackLivesMatter and demand that we end the Police State that we are in.
Our Demands:
1. #DefundThePoliceDepartment: Black Lives Matter National is calling for the local and state governments to Defund the Police Department.
2. Holding the Hayward Police Department Accountable: We must hold the Hayward Police Department accountable for their actions. They recently shot Eric “Gato” in his own front yard without any de-escalation. As well as the shooting of a “Augie” Agustin Gonsalez.
3. The Hayward Unified School District must terminate its relationship with the Hayward Police Department: We do not need the police in schools. This only causes more young black and brown youth to fear for their lives. Also, as we come together in the City of Hayward for Justice. Lets keep some of this important information with us:
1. Please wear a mask and try to maintain a 6 feet distance.
2. Please try to not come alone, bring a partner with you for Safety persuasions.
3. Please follow the crowd.
4. Please follow the security team in place that we have, along with the leaders of the march to insure the safety everyone.WHAT TO BRING:

– Water & Milk.
