Calling all photographers, artists, dreamers and lovers of SF: City wide event asks you to explore why you love San Francisco.
Women’s Art Movement (W.A.M.) is announcing it’s first ever open call treasure hunt photo exhibit. Just in time for summer fun, the latest group event coordinated by the Women’s Art Movement gives participants one week to scour the city and come back with the most creative, stunning images possible. A list of ten items will be sent out to the registered participants at noon on July 16th. You need not be a pro just willing to explore the streets of San Francisco in a one week only treasure hunt that will turn this whole city into a photo shoot. Deadline for photo submissions is midnight, July 24th.
Ready, set, go! The races are off for the first, second and third place winners as well as a Best Picture/People’s Choice Award. Prizes include trophies, W.A.M. goods, I ♥ SF coffee table book and a feature in inGEN magazine! All winning participants will also be showcased on the W.A.M. website.
There will be a viewing party of all entries on Saturday, July 31st where the winners will be announced, so bring your friends or make some new ones. W.A.M. will publish a coffee table book of entries for purchase at the party. Please register to participate at wam.now@gmail.com or visit us at http://www.wamworldnow.org/.
