Hennessy’s Great Brunch Show hosts its special GAPA takeover!
GAPA is a 501(c)(4) non profit social welfare organization that organizes and nutures the QTAPI Asian and Pacific Islander community. It also funds cultural activities and the arts. They are proud to sponsor this event.
This month, we have the incredible cast of GAPA Royals from the 2022 pageant: Mx. GAPA Siam Pussie, Mx. GAPA Obsidienne Obsurd, and the GAPA Royal runner ups Butter and Nia Politan. These show-stopping performers have a variety of incredible talents: from dancing & performing, to even things like costume-making, rollerblading, wigmaking, and viola! We can’t wait to see what they bring to the stage at this brunch.
Let’s kick off the holidays with some delicious food at Understory and enjoy show-stopping drag talent. Understory is a worker-led restaurant, bar, and commissary kitchen developed by 8th Street Collective and Oakland Bloom. https://understoryoakland.com
We will also have a special drink by Understory themed for this occasion!
