Join Brent Plater of the Wild Equity Institute as he takes a leisurely walk from the San Francisco Zoo to Ocean Beach searching for the threatened snowy plovers.
Once they reach Ocean Beach they’ll head north observing wildlife and searching for these cryptic birds.
RSVP required. Meet at the San Francisco Zoo Parking Lot Entrance on Sloat Blvd., near the Great Highway. Bring a lunch.
