Join meditation teacher, rapper, author, and sound healer Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) for a transformative Hip-Hop Soundbath at the San Francisco Dharma Collective.
Blending guided meditation, immersive sound healing, and live performances of songs from his album Komorebi, Ofosu weaves music and mindfulness into a powerful experience of presence, reflection, and self-compassion.
The evening will also include readings and insights from his book Lyrical Dharma, followed by a Q&A and book signing.
Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) is a meditation teacher, author, and musician dedicated to sharing mindfulness, hip-hop, and self-compassion—his live events are a hip-hop and meditation experience. Born I hails from Washington, DC.
