The history of Latinos in San Francisco is way more than just amazing murals and delicious tacos, see how the stories of the past can help pave the way for Latinos in the future, when you see Tomas F Summers Sandoval Jr. (no relation to that ungrateful panda) an associate professor of history and Latina/o Studies at Pomona College in Claremont, and author of the book “Latinos at the Golden Gate: Creating Community and Identity in San Francisco”, as he shares the historic moments that have shaped the cultural identity of Latinos in The City.
