Event Details

Speak on it. Voices from the streets. In this homeless people-led workshop, they will be covering the fundamentals of homelessness in San Francisco, busting myths about homelessness, and discussing the city’s current housing crisis. Learn first-hand what it is like to experience homelessness living on the streets, shelters, and encampments and the numerous barriers to housing families, seniors, women, immigrants, and people with disabilities face. There are over 7,000 homeless people on the streets of San Francisco everyday. We need to get educated and we need a change.

Learn how you can be an advocate and ally for homeless San Franciscans and fight for the housing justice for all. Free but an RSVP is required.
