Your pooch will have a tail-wagging good time at their 4th annual Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade and Costume Contest.

Event admission is free. Pooch Parade and costume contest registration fee is $5 per dog.

There will be a Pooch Parade, a costume contest and more. Dress your pup up cute to win Best Dog and Human Group, Best Superhero Group, or Best Single Dog costume.
