Event Details

The Firehouse Art Collective’s exhibition ‘Humans In Between Homes’ will make real, raw, visceral, and visible to housed society the experiences and humanity of the people who sleep on the street or are in between permanent places they call home. Each of these human beings deserves to be appreciated as an individual, with a unique past, present, and future.

They are showing that homeless people are human too. They are not just showing them as homeless. They are highlighting the character of each person as an individual, and shining a light on moments in their pasts, presents, or their dreams for the future that they feel define who they are– not their status as ‘homeless’.
