Make your own ice cream at a Paxton Gate’s free science event on Saturday July 28, 2012 from 1pm till 3pm. Join Paxton Gate to learn the science behind the making of this quintessential summer treat. They’ll be shaking up some ice cream by hand in this fun experiment. Then comes the best part – eating it.

This event is geared for kids but everyone (event adults) are welcome.
