Google Music’s “Indie Artist Meet-Up”: Free Photos, Free Drinks | Mission

Attention indie artists… C’mon out and meet the Google Music team, hear some great local music from the Sandy’s and The Tea Leaves, and get a band headshot taken by PhotoboothSF.

Get squared away with a free Google Music artist page and they’ll help you to upload your music to our store. Google Music will provide some work stations, but encourage you to BYOC (bring your own computer… and/or CD).

Live Music:
– 7pm – Open Mic
– 9pm – Sandy’s and The Tea Leaves (members of Tea Leaf Green)

Google will provide…
– Free artist hub account for new registrants (save $25)
– Free drinks for artist hub registrants
– Free digital and Polaroid headshots from PhotoboothSF

What you should bring:

• Your laptop (they’ll will have internet access)
• A credit card (they’ll reimburse the $25 signup fee, but you’ll need this to complete the page)
• Artist Photo (2:1 aspect ratio, minimum 1024 x 512 pixels. We accept images in png, jpg, and gif formats).
• Artist introduction (bio)
• Music files for music you own distribution rights to (WAV or AIFF files)
• Album image (png, jpg, and gif format, minimum size 500 x 500 pixels)

FREE, but RSVP required.
