Celebrate the new season of Indie Lens Pop-Up, your neighborhood series bringing people together for film screenings and community-driven conversations.

Get an exclusive peek at this season’s extraordinary documentaries, and partake in their documentary-inspired activities:

• Free food/drink ticket from their menu of special items inspired by Indie Lens Pop-Up films, created by partnering food truck vendors
• Test your film fan knowledge at pub-style trivia presented by Brainstormer, featuring a special round of documentary-themed questions. Prizes include a KQED membership, film tickets, DVD packages, restaurant/food gift certificates, and more
• Come dressed as your favorite documentary or mockumentary subject for their costume contest and compete for special prizes
• Free photobooth by Magbooth, facepainting featuring custom designs inspired by Indie Lens Pop-Up films, and music from DJ Dmadness (who by day is an educator, and has written Independent Lens curriculum), and more entertainment TBA
