Event Details

We’ll be pausing Emilio Fernández’s 1951 crime musical drama, Victims of Sin, to draw striking frames. This gem of Golden Era Mexican cinema will provide lots of dramatic black and white frames and dancing imagery to ignite the creative imagination.

Basic materials (pencils, paper, erasers) will be provided. You may bring your own materials, but please no fume-creating paint or paint pens. Watercolor, ink and gouache are fine.

This is a self-led event; there will be no instruction or feedback. However, there will be an opportunity at the end of the session to look at others’ drawings and show your own.

Disclaimer: Please double check event information with the event organizer as events can be canceled, details can change after they are added to our calendar, and errors do occur.
