Join in and explore the classic Kabuki saga: The 47 Ronin. This month we’ll view Act II performed by bunraku puppets and Act III as Kabuki theater.
Don’t worry if you missed Act I, as we’ll review the plot’s progression beforehand. Shown in Japanese with English subtitles. Newcomers welcome.
JETAANC and San Mateo Kabuki Clubs are teaming up to bring you two different celebrated productions of the complete Kabuki epic on film.
