KALX & OIM Records Present a night with Waterstrider. This five-piece set hailing from Oakland is a bit of an enigma of style. Don’t let their Caucasian-ness fool you, these guys are big on the Afropop, with organic World music sounds to boot. Frontman Nate Salman’s falsetto is so sublime, it’ll make Robin Thicke blur with jealousy.
Waterstrider will be performing alongside psychedelic troupe The Seshen and quirky Foxtails Brigade.
