Calling all YA fans: Join Kate Scelsa and Mariko Tamaki as they chat about Scelsa’s new book Fans of the Impossible Life.

It’s a story about a girl named Mira and her gay best friend Sebby, who craft a world of magic rituals, secret road trips, and impossible quests to help them escape their increasingly complicated lives. But when the two friends start at a new school and meet a painfully shy art nerd named Jeremy, their world begins to expand to reveal the more broken parts of themselves.
