In 1986, a Japanese designer had cataract surgery and got his color vision back. Kenichi Kuriyagawa spent two years making fifty silkscreen prints of Hokkaido — lime-green skies, orange seas, purple lakes. His family chose thirty. See them free at Art House SF, opening during the Castro Art Walk.
