Guests are invited to step behind the line and experience the artistry of some of the Bay Area’s most distinguished chefs with Keys to the Kitchen, a rotating chef takeover series presented by The Restaurant at North Block. Born to reflect the culinary creativity of the region, the series celebrates and highlights the art of the tasting menu using seasonal ingredients, globally inspired flavors, and innovative creativity.

Each installment invites a guest chef to craft a distinctive, ingredient-driven tasting menu, offering an intimate look at their signature style and perspective. From refined multi-course dinners to dynamic collaborations, this is an invitation to unlock extraordinary dining experiences.

Chef Phillip brings the Mosaic Hotel Collection perspective into Azalina’s kitchen, exploring the intersection of place and palate, blending globally inspired techniques with the deeply rooted, expressive flavors of Malaysian cuisine.
