Event Details

Come on and hear Glenn Allen Howard, the Founder and Curator of the American Musical Heritage Foundation – a phonograph record library of over 650,000 LPs, 78s, 45s, cylinders and related items play endorphin-releasing selections from the still unissued compilation of Yiddish-American recordings from the 1920s through the 1950s, “Kosher Katz and Kittens,” which is subtitled “Glenn’s Chosen Records by God’s Chosen People.”

He will explain for the first time on any stage his own WASP’s – eye view why the predominant ethnic influence on the total spectrum of American Musical culture is at least 51% Jewish. Enjoy an explosive mazel tov cocktail of analog ear candy from an outlaw musicologist who built his own world-class record archive over the last half century.
