Join Sue Fishkoff, author of the new book Kosher Nation: Why More and More of America’s Food Answers to a Higher Authority, for an evening of conversation about food and Jewish values. Fishkoff will also be signing advance copies of the book available that night at the Museum, and guests will have a chance to partake of some fantastic food tasting in celebration of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot.
