Event Details

On April 20, KQED will launch a new series entitled “Philly DA”, about DA Larry Krasner. Krasner who ran on as a progressive is now refusing to support Mumia Abu-Jamal’s appeal and attempts to re-open his case. Mumia has been imprisoned for his outspoken defense of the oppressed and for a crime he did not commit for more than 40 years. He will die in prison if he is not released.

We will gather in front of one of the offices of KQED for a press conference and rally from 4-6 p.m. on April 20.
