Are you ready to get your “gaga” on? And if not, it will be time to party rock throughout the Mission!

This special Bay Area Flash Mob event takes place all over the Mission on Sunday August 5, 2012 as part of the “Sunday Streets” Festival.

Every half hour, the Bay Area Flash Mob will dance to LMFAO’s Party Rock or Lady Gaga while heading down Valencia and 24th Street.

WHERE?
San Francisco Mission District – We’ll be dancing on closed streets along Valencia from 15th to 24th Street

WHERE AND WHEN DO I SHOW UP?
Meet @ 12:45 PM at 15th/Valencia. It’s always good to get there a little early in case you get lost, and so that we can assess which way we’ll be facing.

At exactly 1 PM we’ll start our first flash mob! We will do one dance every 30 minutes at a different location.

Please look out for Andrea Deleon (she will wear fuchsia colored tights) and Jacqui with our PA sound system (Petunia) at the designated locations and times. You can place your personal items (bag, jacket, etc) next to the PA system before you dance.

BAFM SUNDAY STREETS FLASH MOB SCHEDULE

• 1:00 PM – Flash mob at 15th/Valencia – Lady Gaga
• 1:30 PM – Flash mob at 19th/Valencia – Party Rock
• 2:00 PM- Flash mob at 24th/Valencia – Lady Gaga
• 2:20 PM – Flash mob at 24th/Mission- Party Rock

SHOULD I DRESS UP?
Let’s make this more of a surprise flash mob so please dress in casual clothing. We want to blend in with the public!

DO I NEED TO KNOW BOTH DANCES TO PARTICIPATE?
As long as you know at least one of the dances we want to have you there! If you know both then that’s great too!
