DIESEL, A Bookstore in Larkspur invites you to our annual Winter Cookbook Extravaganza on Saturday, December 2nd at 2 pm.
Yes, friends, the holidays are upon us once again, which means it’s time for family, friends, and food. Lots and lots of food. As we all know, nothing else brings people together in quite the same way: we bond over flavors, we swap stories and recipes, and we sit back sated and sedated. Sure you’ve got your time-honored recipes and go-to dishes, but isn’t it time to bring some fresh flavors to your table?
Come to their ever popular Winter Cookbook Extravaganza. Joining us this year will be Alice Medrich, Shanna Farrell, Kimberley Lovato, as well as a cooking crew from Chronicle Books! Kimberly Lovato, the author of Unique Eats and Eateries of San Francisco, will be holding a drawing for a $100 gift certificate plus two drink tokens to Fior d’Italia, the landmark trattoria established in 1886. It’s as easy as purchasing a copy of her book to be entered to win this fantastic prize.
