The return of the legendary music jams of the old La Peña Café. Come eat some food, listen to amazing music, and hop onstage if inspired! Monthly every 3rd Wednesday!

Las mermeladas musicales son un espacio donde la gente y sus instrumentos se juntan para hacer música, comunidad y compañerismo.
- It’s Wednesday…don’t you deserve some fun music and dancing to get you through the end of the week? Make new friends while enjoying yummy food and drink, free music and dancing, and supporting your local musicians.
- Don’t play an instrument? Come and dance or just sit back and enjoy the mermelada!
Los Cilantros and Chef Dilsa Lugo will be serving delicious and authentic Mexican food, aguas frescas, beer and wine all night.
- Where: The Café/Lounge of La Peña Cultural Center, 3105 Shattuck Ave., Berkeley, CA
- When: Third Wednesdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm (Doors open at 5:30pm)
- Price: FREE! (although donations to the musician’s bucket are always appreciated!)

Useful tips:
- There is free neighborhood street parking, a #18 bus stop directly in front, and Ashby BART 3 blocks away.
- The restaurant opens at 5:30pm. We are expecting to have a full house so please come early to secure a seat.
