Join for Laughs and Libations! A perfect combination to relieve built up stress and energize yourself for the weekend ahead. This will start with Laughter Yoga lead by Lindsey Ayotte, certified Laughter Yoga leader and founder of the Ocean Beach Laughter Club, followed by a wine social hour.
Bring yourself! This is not a workout class, whatever you are wearing is perfect, just be ready to laugh!
Camp Hygge is a weekend-long summer camp for adults, designed to foster creativity and connection amongst campers. There’s no awkward networking, or “what do you do” talk. They cultivate an inclusive environment that encourages campers to skip the small talk and jump into real connection and collaboration.
