This virtual engagement will support elementary school-aged children with learning about what it takes to help keep urban parks clean. Candlestick Point State Recreation Area is a state park unit of California and provides an urban protected area on San Francisco Bay. Join us as we learn from a ranger and community engagement specialist about some of the challenges parks like Candlestick face and how you can help be the solution!

The conversation will be broadcasted on Latino Outdoors’ Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube on Monday, April 25th at 1 PM Pacific | 2 PM Mountain | 4 PM Eastern
The 45-minute long discussion will be followed by 15 minutes for questions from the audience.
“Doors” will open 5 minutes before the start time to provide participants time to settle in.
