Join the Our Family Coalition for a morning of information-sharing and community-building for prospective adoptive parents.

Featuring speakers from:

• Adopt a Special Kid – Placing children waiting in the child welfare system
• Adoption Connection – Open adoption and second parent/step-parent/domestic partner adoption
• Family Builders – Foster/adoption and adoption for all kinds of families, LGBTQ youth placement
• On Your Feet Foundation – Empowering birth mothers of adopted children

Panel presentations followed by extensive Q/A in the first half of the morning; small group discussions in the second half after the break.

Community resources available, including Pact which serves adopted children of color in same-race and transracial adoptions.
