CUESA is happy to welcome Linda Carucci back to the kitchen.  Linda is the director of the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California-San Francisco and the author of Cooking School Secrets For Real-World Cooks.  Join us in the kitchen for this year’s installment of Linda’s culinary advice and recipes.  Complimentary samples and recipes for attendees.  Book signing to follow.  Takes place in the CUESA teaching kitchen under the North arcade.
