SF’s Yerba Buena Gardens Festival 2026

The 2026 Yerba Buena Gardens Festival hosts a full lineup of free outdoor music, theater, circus, dance, poetry, and children’s programs. The Festival opens on Saturday, May 9, 2026 with Hermán Olivera y Orquesta Taíno to kick off its 26th season. The Festival features over 100 free performances from May to November in Downtown San Francisco.

In a city brimming with inventive dance troupes, Alonzo King LINES Ballet has long stood out as one of the jewels of the scene. Undergirding the company’s long-running status as a creative hothouse is the Alonzo King LINES Dance Center, which presents the culmination of an eight-week series of performance workshops led by nationally-renowned faculty. It’s a chance to experience the next generation of dancers up close and personal as the adult students take their artistry to the next level.
