SF’s Yerba Buena Gardens Festival 2025

The 2025 Yerba Buena Gardens Festival hosts a full lineup of free outdoor music, theater, circus, dance, poetry, and children’s programs. The Festival opens on Saturday, May 10, 2025 with La Santa Cecilia to kick off its 25th Anniversary Season.

San Francisco’s largest literary festival returns in 2023, celebrating the literary community from throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Litquake 2023 festival runs from October 5-21, with two full days of in-person events hosted by Yerba Buena Gardens Festival on Saturday, October 14 and Sunday, October 15.

This year in the Gardens, Litquake Out Loud highlights the Bay Area’s BIPOC & LGBTQ+ writers and thought leaders, and represents Litquake’s continued investment in ensuring that all people are included in the creation of and access to the Bay Area’s historic, thriving arts scene.
