About the Show
Do you have a daily meditation practice (or tell people that you do)? Have you been to a silent retreat (maybe because all your other friends are doing it)? Do you worry about just how serene you should be? If you answered yes, so have Dhaya and Kristee. These two avid meditators are also stand up comedians who find jokes in their experiences questioning the adequacy of their meditation practice. Join them in this live podcast which is a Dharma talk if comedians gave one. They discuss and rate the Buddhist retreats, meditation apps, and sitting groups in their feverish attempt to find inner peace and Be Here Immediately! They don’t have any answers, but they will try and be the most present in the process of finding out.
