About Steven Holm
Steven is a sound healer, death doula, and co-founder of Yoga Flow SF, known for creating deeply immersive and meditative experiences through sound. Drawing on years of study and a personal dedication to meditation, yoga, and energetic healing, Steven uses Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments to guide students into states of deep relaxation and inner clarity. His sessions are rooted in the belief that sound is a powerful pathway to healing, rest, and connection.
