The year is 1967, and Judge Francis Biddle is a cantankerous patrician who cannot keep an assistant. An eminent former Attorney General and Chief Judge of the American Military Tribunal at Nuremberg, Biddle is trying to complete his memoirs, but has had numerous female aides quit due to his insufferable crankiness. Enter Joanna McClelland Glass, a feisty young Canadian woman who fearlessly matches him wit for wit. This touching portrait of generational reconciliation, told with grace and humor, will take audiences on a journey of what constitutes a life well-lived.
Performed live at Tabard Theatre, presented via multi-camera and live streamed directly to you in the comfort and safety of your own home. The performance is approximately two hours, including one intermission. Video preshow will start 30 minutes prior to the performance time.
Due to the pandemic, Tabard Theatre is closed to patrons, and currently operating as a broadcast studio only.
