Join the rest of the shire for a special screening of “The Lord of the Rings” documentary “Ringers: Lord of the Fans” followed by an audience Q & A this Thursday, August 25.

An award-winning documentary on the growth of Tolkein fandom, filmmaker Carlene Cordova will be there to answer your questions, along with author Peter S. Beagle, who wrote the screenplay for the 1978 animated “Lord of the Rings.”

It’s first come, first served as seating is limited, so come early, sip on something from the cash bar and then sit down for a screening featuring everything from hairy hobbits to hardcore fans.
