Six accomplished bay-area band veterans have come together once a month to host “Los Train Wreck’s All-Star Jam” for nearly 20 years at El Rio (3158 Mission St., San Francisco) on the second Tuesday of every month. Come on down to sit in, dance, or listen to  roots/country blues, rock, and some soul.
