The third annual Lumpia Palooza will be frying up sweet, savory, and spicy surprises rolled and ready to dunk in your favorite sauce. Take a bite out of garlic, cheeseburger, chicken afritada, cheese, kare kare, serrano, and many more dynamite specialties.
