Rice Paper Scissors recently rang in 2014 at their new space at Brick and Mortar Music Hall, and now they’ll be kicking off the Year of the Horse with a Vietnamese brunch.
The menu features traditional Tết or Vietnamese New Year dishes, such as Banh Chung, a sticky rice cake made with ground pork and mung beans, then steamed in banana leaves. One of their new dishes combines Vietnamese and Chinese techniques to make the Pho Bao, steamed buns filled with beef pho broth, ground beef and Vietnamese herbs.
Brick and Mortar will be serving Bloody Marys and mMmosas at the bar.
