Event Details

Have you heard the phrase “correspondence art”, but been mystified by what it means? In this introductory workshop, Jennie Hinchcliff (co-author, “Good Mail Day”) will show-and-tell items from her personal mail art archive and share resources with the group.

10% Discount on all art supplies during Workshops.

Attendees will be guided through the process of creating a mail art postcard, which will be mailed at the end of the workshop.

Basic materials will be available for sale through Artist and Craftsman; attendees are encouraged to bring items for postcard decoration. Instructor provides:

  • postcard blanks
  • instructional handout/resource guide
  • domestic postage for postcards created in the workshop

Materials have no fee, although attendees may want to purchase items such as glue sticks or scissors thorugh A&C.
