“Manetti Shrem Museum” Grand Opening | Davis

Join in for the the grand opening of the Manetti Shrem Museum at UC Davis on November 13, starting with a street fair at 10 am, a ribbon-cutting and a public opening at noon. Live music, food trucks, and entertainment will be provided by UC Davis and community partners.

Don’t miss the 1,500 foot long colorful chain sculpture designed by UC Davis alum, Lisa Rybovich Crallé. The sculpture is comprised of 500 interconnected soft foam chain links. Each of the links has been painted by members of the general public, literally “linking” the museum with the community.
