10th Annual Mardi Gras Second Line Parade (North Beach)

Get out your handkerchiefs and join Tupelo and North Star for their 10th Annual Mardi Gras 2nd Line March on Saturday February 18, 2023! The fun starts at NorthStar at 1PM, where your $12 ticket gets you Drink and Beer specials. As well as a healthy assortment of Mardi Gras beads and an invitation to “Come on Parade”!

Featured music is by MJ’s Brass Boppers, an authentic New Orleans singing and swinging Second Line brass band. These guys are the real deal straight out of Nola. It’s sure to be more fun then you can shake a drum major’s baton at.

We’ll depart North Star and hop in behind the Second Line as it weaves through North Beach from around 3:30PM-4:30PM then follow the band to Tupelo where they’ll trade the streets for the stage until 5:30PM.

Tupelo is where You will find a heaping plate of Creole fare. Food will be served from 4:30-5:30.

Included in the ticket price: A special menu of N’awlins staples, hot & fresh from the Tupelo kitchen: Jambalaya with Andouille Sausage & Chicken, Red Beans & Rice, Gumbo and Cornbread with Honey Butter. There will be additional drink specials at Tupelo and maybe even a llama.

Get your tickets early this event does sell out!!

Please note it’s free to watch the parade, but you’ll need a ticket to join the party inside at either Tupelo or Northstar
