MCD “Summer Party” w/ Live Neon Bending at SF’s Museum of Craft and Design

The Museum of Craft and Design is throwing a Summer Party on Friday, September 20! Celebrate 20 years in the making with MCD with live neon bending, craft cocktails and food, and hands-on activities.

Witness the art of neon up close with a live bending demonstration by Kelsey Issel and Meryl Pataky from She Bends. Enjoy an interactive mixology station to craft your perfect happy hour drink, savor light bites from MCD’s soon-to-be neighbor Breadbelly, indulge in neon-inspired treats, and get creative in the MakeArt Lab with exhibition-related art activities, all amidst the glow of MCD’s current exhibition, She Bends: Neon as Soulcraft. During the evening’s events, visitors can take 20% off all purchases in the Museum Store.
