MedMob: Meditation Meetup | Yerba Buena Gardens

Last year the very first MedMob that was organized at Yerba Buena Gardens.It would be really nice to go back and do this again. 

Please bring a blanket or cushion to sit on, and trash bags will be provided to put beneath them so that we don’t get wet, just in case the ground is still damp from the rain. We should get sun but bring something to keep warm just in case.

We will start at 3pm and at 4pm we will start with the 11 minute sound bath.

Please meet us at the waterfall, I have included a photo, this is the MLK waterfall.

MedMob’s Mission:

Our intention is to create an environment for people from all religions, all world views, and all experience levels to join together in meditation. Our vision is to continue inspiring world-wide meditations until the entire world is invited to join – literally!

Feel free to show up late or break your meditation to walk around, stretch your legs out etc. Taking pictures is great too!
