Meet visionary Ethiopian entrepreneur Bruktawit “Brukty” Tigabu, whom Fast Company recently named among the most creative people in business today.

Brukty Tigabu is CEO and co-founder of Tsehai Loves Learning/Whiz Kids Workshop which produces award-winning Ethiopian children’s educational television and radio shows and children’s books reaching over five million children through television broadcasts and video screenings in schools, health clinics, and refugee camps. The company will soon launch Tsehai’s Amharic Classroom Library Project, which endeavors to create a new culture of reading for Ethiopian children. Learn about this inspiring project and support the launch of its crowdfunding campaign to build classroom libraries at public schools throughout Ethiopia.
