Metallica’s Surprise $20 Concert at Tiny SF Rock Club (The Independent)

The Independent just announced a surprise concert by Metallica tonight, Thursday, September 16, 2021.

Tickets are $20 cash and you’ll be given a wristband immediately to enter this evening. This is a rare opportunity to see a major band like Metallica play an intimate venue like The Independent – the last time we heard about something like this was when Metallica took over the old Kimos on Polk Street in 2002. Tickets will sell out immediately. Per city mandate, proof of vaccination is required to purchase.

Update SOLD OUT: And just like that….15 minutes later, The Independent has announced that tickets are now sold out.
