MetroWize celebrates ABSOLUT Open Canvas – San Francisco with a huge, free party at The Independent featuring Lights Down Low DJs complemented by live painting by Victor Reyes on Sunday, September 1, 2013.
Cocktail creations will be provided by SF Mixology (we’re still confirming if these are free, so bring along some cash, just in case). There will be more surprises revealed at the party.
Free, but an RSVP is required. This event will reach capacity and there are no walk ups. You also must be subscribed to MetroWize to attend.
The SF nightlife fixture, Light Down Low (Sleazemore, Richie Panic and Eli Glad) will be on the decks and celebrated local street artist Victor Reyes will be painting a wall sized mural on stage. Reyes has worked within the medium of large-scale painting for 20 years. Drive through the Mission or SoMa and you will see his artwork everywhere.
