Event Details

Tour the overlooked modern history of the SoMa district with artist Jenny Odell this Sunday, January 10, 2015.

Odell will walk you around nearby sites, excavating the hidden histories behind our everyday experience of a neighborhood in constant transformation.

Meet in the YBCA lobby at 1 pm, and get a preview of some of her discoveries ahead of time.

Part of Work in Progress, an exhibition of 8 artists investigating the past and future of the SOMA neighborhood using YBCA galleries as an open studio. The artists will be working publicly in our galleries thru Feb 14.
