Strengthen healthy family bonds through flowing movement, mindfulness exercises and playful stretching for kids and parents. Practice can be adjusted to suit the ages of attendees.

Family Yoga is hosted by It’s Yoga, Kids, a Presidio-based yoga studio dedicated to promoting health and well-being for all ages and abilities. Refreshments will provided by Drazil Kids Tea and 18 Rabbits.
