Spring is a season of renewal and growth, and what better way to embody this spirit than by getting active with your community! By lacing up your running shoes and joining this event, you’re not only taking a step towards a healthier lifestyle, but you’re also making a positive impact in the world.
Community building is essential for our well-being as human beings, and when we come together to move and work out, we create a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Through this event, we can make a tangible difference in the world, with proceeds supporting the &Mother foundation. By participating, you’ll not only be helping a foundation, but also strengthening the bonds within your own community.
It’s not just about running or working out, it’s about “Moving into Life and Impact”. It’s about setting a positive example for our children, showing them the importance of an active lifestyle, and instilling in them a sense of community spirit. It’s about pushing ourselves to be better, stronger, and more resilient, both physically and mentally.
So, let’s lace up our shoes, grab our shades, and get ready to move! With Olympian Alysia Montaño and Master Trainer Louis Montaño leading the way, we can be sure that we’re in good hands. The 2.7-mile run to the Berkeley Marina and post run strength routine will be a challenging yet rewarding experience, while finishing at the Hammerling Winery will provide ample opportunities to unwind and connect with others.
Let’s embrace this season of renewal and growth, and make some moves that will have a lasting impact on ourselves and our community. Together, we can create a brighter, healthier future for ourselves and those around us. Are you ready to make moves? Let’s go!
Kid Zone Note: The Kid Zone will be available during the group run and strength class but must be accompanied by an adult.
