The Muslims are Coming!… with Equally Threatening Friends! is a standup show featuring Muslim-American comedians (and their non-Muz friends) who battle our national division one fart joke at a time.

Join Negin Farsad, Helen Hong, Nato Green, River Butcher and Dauood Naimyar for a night of comedy that will definitely heal America, no big deal.

Negin Farsad is an Iranian-American comedian and regular panelist on NPR’s Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me. She’s host of the podcast Fake the Nation and a TEDFellow. She has hosted the Documentary Emmy’s, appeared on Hillary Clinton’s Gutsy on Apple TV, CNN’s Have I Got News for You, Adult Swim’s Birdgirl, and HBO’s High Maintenance.

Helen Hong is an Asian-American comedian/actor and fan favorite on NPR’s Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me. You’ve seen her on HBO’s Silicon Valley, CBS’s The Unicorn, Huge in France on Netflix, Comics Unleashed, Last Call with Carson Daily, and the Just for Laughs Festival.

Nato Green has been named San Francisco’s Best Comedian by the SF Bay Guardian, SF Weekly, SFist, and CBS. He’s featured in Audible Comedy Originals the Comedy Show Show, The Guest List, McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, and Sounds Like America. His latest album was named one of the best comedy albums of 2018 by NPR’s Bullseye.
River Butcher is a Los Angeles-based standup comic, actor, and writer. His first half-hour special “A Different Kind of Dude” debuted on Comedy Central’s Youtube channel and was called “a masterclass in culture war commentary” by Esquire.com. He has done standup all over the country, the globe, and the screen, including Ellen, Conan, Comedy Central, and HBO.

Dauood Naimyar is an Afghan-American stand-up comedian and an official New Face at Just for Laughs. You’ve seen him on Don’t Tell Comedy and Comedy Central. He takes on race, politics and religion head-on, finding clarity and big laughs in uncomfortable truths.
